CRCC developed a survey for congregational leaders that can be used in either conjunction with the congregational research app or on its own. The survey takes about 10 minutes to administer and contains two primary sets of questions. One set of questions is focused on congregational leadership and governance. A second set of questions is focused on characteristics of the congregation that are related to issues of “place” and how the congregation acts within its community.
We used the Qualtrics Offline Survey app for smart phones/tablet to administer the survey (available through the Apple App Store or the Google Play App Store). We have provided a copy of our survey in PDF form that you can download and use or customize based on your own research goals.
